I've come across this picture on your website and as I am tracing my family tree wondered if any body has any family members who remember being told of a Donald Davidson who lived in Avoch in the 1800s and sailed for Australia (with his brothers) in his ship called The Louise. This person is my great, great grandfather. I would be so grateful for any information.

I have just located you site, wonderful pictures, my grandfather Alexander McLeod, mother Annie came from this area...he served in WWI in Canada, not able to find any more. Anyone with info, would be greatly appreciated
